First grade: "The foundation of my entire education"

Posted by Rebecca Moore - 15 October, 2014

WATN_Meredith_Miller_Werdehoff_2"From learning to read, to playing the recorder, first grade at Randolph left a lasting impact on me. Considering where my son would attend school was a no-brainer for me.

"The things I learned at Randolph were truly the foundation of my entire education. I was always encouraged to push myself and I developed a very strong sense of self worth and confidence in my school work.

"The fact that several of my Lower School teachers are still on the faculty and that I am still in contact with the others no longer there, speaks volumes to the dedication and pride Randolph staff have in their students, even 30 years after teaching them." - Meredith Miller Werdehoff ’96

If you are interested in learning more about Randolph, please come to our fall Preview Day for all grades on October 21, 2014. Click here for more information or to sign up.
